The Role:
- Development and approval of ATE test solutions for production testing of mixed-signal semiconductor products (wafer test and final test
- Development and implementation of test concepts for Hall sensors and HV Microcontrollers
- Implementation and assistance in the creation of DFT / BIST TFQ and concepts to minimize the cost of testing in production
- Preparation of test solutions for characterization and electrical measurements within the qualification to AEC- Q100
- Commissioning of product-specific additional hardware (eg for test with magnetic field)
- Simulation and commissioning of test patterns
- Determination and optimization of test coverage with respect to different fault models
- Implementation of methods for quality assurance in terms of a zero ppm Strategy ( Over voltage stress test , wafer level burn-in , transitional scan test , IDDQ test , Very- Low Voltage Test , PAT)
Requirements :
- Several years of experience in the development and release of test solutions for production test and characterization of mixed-signal ICs commercial test systems ( ATE
- Ideally experience on the systems Teradyne Flex and / or LTX- Credence D1
- Development experience in the automotive environment (ISO TS 16949
- Basic understanding of the requirements of the qualification to AEC- Q10
- Experience in verification, validation , documentation and release of test process changes (ECN , PCN)
- Programming experience in Visual Basic and C + +
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor physics
