Senior Manual and Automation Tester

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Manual and Automation Tester to join a prestigious European Institution in Brussels.

Your missions

• You set up and develop test techniques
• You are in charge of the support in creating automated test suites and test strategies
• You assess and improve the test processes, methodology and tools
• You lead and coordinate the testing products delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to the Institution's requirements and methodology
• You assess the testing organization and its included or linked services

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in IT and minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience
• You are able to speak and write fluently in English
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You are certified ISTQB (certification could be obtained within 3 months after the start date)
• You hold knowledge and experience in software development methodologies (Continuous delivery, Agile)
• You already used API, Confluence, Scrum, and Jira
• You have strong experience with manual testing using Xray Jira plugin
• You have a good knowledge of automated testing using Protractor
• You have the capability of  integration  in  an international/multi-cultural  environment, rapid self-starting capability, and to work in a team
• You hold experience in IT and in testing/ evaluation projects and tools/methods
• You are familiar with complex application environments
