RESTAURANT TEAM LEADERS FOR THE SUMMER SEASON

We are looking for a teamleder in the restaurant who has experience from the travel-, accommodation- or restaurant business.  The teamleder will report directly to our CEO, Eva Andersen.

 

Working tasks

  • Be a good host/hostess and contribute to a high level of customer service
  • Be in charge of good communication with the Head Chef and coordinate the tasks in the restaurant
  • Planning and following up on waiters

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • High quality focus and high customer service
  • Positive, willing to learn and fond of people
  • Able to work effectively even in stressful situations 
  • Able to work with people from different cultures
  • Responsible, and able to contribute to the development of staff
  • Some knowledge of wine. Information and training will be given.
  • Basic computer knowledge.  You will get an introduction in our booking system and digital applications.
  • Needs to be of 20 years of age or older

STØTT Top of Helgeland (Støtt Brygge) is located at the island Støtt in the north of Helgeland. Here we can offer local seafood in our restaurant, accommodation in manorial surroundings at the old trading post in addition to a museum. We offer a wide range of nature based activities in cooperation with local operators.

 

The restaurant Gammelbutikken has traditionally been the islands main room and has interior based on the local coastal culture. You will be served the best of what the island has to offer of local seafood.  We follow the value chain from the fish is caught in the sea to it is served on the table. We have high quality requirements and our main focus is to be the best seafood restaurant in the region.
