* Reservierungsprofi: Annahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen.
* Gutscheinexperte: Erstellung und Versand von Gutscheinen.
* Verkaufsgenie: Aktiver Verkauf am Gast per Telefon und E-Mail.
* Service-Champion: Gästebetreuung und Informationsstelle für alle Anliegen unseres internationalen Gästeklientels.
* Gastgeberherz: Herzlicher Kontakt mit unseren Gästen
* Selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich: Unser Reservierungsteam beim Stanglwirt ist der direkte Ansprechpartner für alle Buchungen unserer Gäste, ohne den Einsatz von Buchungsportalen oder Partnern wie z.B. booking.com.

* Reservation professional: Acceptance and processing of reservation enquiries.
* Voucher expert: creation and dispatch of vouchers.
* Sales genius: Active sales to guests by telephone and e-mail.
* Service champion: Guest care and information centre for all requests from our international clientele.
* Host heart: Warm contact with our guests
* Independent and autonomous: Our reservations team at the Stanglwirt is the direct contact for all our guests' bookings, without the use of booking portals or partners such as booking.com.
Das zeichnet dich aus:
* Professioneller Backround: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hotelfachfrau/mann o.ä. von Vorteil
* Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung an der Reservierung in der gehobenen Hotellerie von Vorteil.
* Professionalität: Gute und sichere Umgangsformen sowie sprachlicher Ausdruck.
* Kommunikationstalent: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil).
* Herzlichkeit und Höflichkeit: Kontaktfreudig, flexibel und Freude am Beruf.
* Technische Affinität: Erfahrung mit der Hotelsoftware MICROS FIDELIO 8 von Vorteil.
* EDV-Kenntnisse: Gute Computer- und EDV-Kenntnisse.
* Serviceorientierung: Verantwortungsbewusste und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise.
* Frühaufsteher oder Nachteule: Bereitschaft zu Nachtschichten.
* Stilbewusstsein: Gepflegtes Auftreten und Serviceorientierung
* Diskretion: Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion.
* Talenteschmied: Bereitschaft zur ständigen Weiterbildung.

* Professional background: Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or similar is an advantage
* Experience: Professional experience in reservations in the upscale hotel industry is an advantage.
* Professionalism: Good and confident manners and linguistic expression.
* Communication skills: Fluent written and spoken German, advanced knowledge of English (other foreign languages an advantage).
* Warmth and courtesy: Outgoing, flexible and enjoy the job.
* Technical affinity: Experience with the hotel software MICROS FIDELIO 8 is an advantage.
