Researcher in Waste Science and Technology
The research group of Waste Science & Technology is looking for a researcher who would help to develop new methods for and influence the future of waste management and soil remediation. Waste Science & Technology is a part of the Department of Civil, Environmental and Natural Resources Engineering, which is an institution with many successful research groups and recognised training programs. Waste Science & Technology at LTU is ranked among the top ten research groups worldwide in the field.
Qualifications
To be eligible for employment, a PhD is required in technology or science (environmental engineering, chemical engineering, waste science and technology, etc.), a good publication record in any of these areas and very good knowledge of spoken and written communication in English. Ability to operate analytical equipment for PFAS analyses is meritorious. Advanced knowledge in soil science or electrochemistry is an advantage but is not required.
