At Astra Village Resort, we are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about our services and the local area. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Our goal is to enrich the team of our hotel with young professionals who wish to emerge in the exciting world of tourism.

Requisiti professionali

Previous experience in a hotel receptionist role is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and professional attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently.

• A polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.t
