As Quality Manager you will be a key person in establishing and improving the global Business Management System of Haldor Topsøe, performing audits, and monitoring performance in close collaboration with stakeholders. You will also act as project manager of larger quality projects. Approximately 25 travel days a year can be expected. Haldor Topsøe is a rapidly developing international company which aims to increase the revenue from approx. 5 billion DKK to 30 billion in 2025. To support the growth, we have established a new Corporate Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Regulatory Affairs (QEHS) Department. You will be part of the Corporate Quality Department together with five motivated colleagues. Your responsibilities - Responsible for facilitating mapping and description of cross functional processes - Responsible for performing audits - Participate in monitoring and evaluation of targets and initiate improvements activities within Quality - General support to stakeholders within quality - Participate in the daily tasks in the department. You - Have experience with establishing a Quality Management system incl. mapping of processes - Have experience with defining requirements to IT systems (e.g. Sharepoint) - Are a strong communicator - Have excellent cooperation skills - Have a pro-active approach - Are positive, open minded, and have a sense of humor. Qualifications You have an academic degree, e.g. engineer and an education as Lead auditor within quality. Furthermore, you have several years of experience as project manager and experience within Quality – ISO 9001 and TS16949. You have excellent English skills.
