Your tasks
- You are involved in setting up and monitoring the quality plan for adequate and targeted measures for quality assurance.
- You are responsible for ensuring the compliance of processes with the planned activities.
- You provide a method for measuring compliance with contractual requirements.
- You perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and / or Root Cause Analysis and develop preventive and corrective measures within a team.
- You assume the quality assurance by controlling and tracking of customer feedback and identification of parameters to ensure the efficient processing of claims.
- You accomplish a focused and constant quality reporting.
- You independently assume tasks of the continuous improvement process and initiate actions.
- You will prepare "Lessons Learned" within a team and implement them in the process.
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a university degree, ideally with a focus on mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
- You have profound knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and other quality systems.
- You have experience in the implementation of FMEA and Root Cause Analysis and have knowledge of Six Sigma (Green Belt certification is desirable).
- You have knowledge in LEAN, KAIZEN and eventually in consolidated production systems.
- You have a confident manner with customers and suppliers of various nations, and have a strong assertiveness in the sense of project management and experience in interface management.
- You have transcribed your knowledge of project management successfully in practice and have already gained leadership experience.
- In addition to your analytical skills you have good moderation and presentation techniques at all organizational levels and have a secure knowledge of MS Office.
- You are fluent in English and have good German skills.
- You work independently and structured, but you are also able to work as a group member within a team to complete the overall task.
