Make a difference – join Schneider Electric At Schneider Electric in Kolding, Denmark, you join a global R&D centre with about 200 skilled colleagues focusing on product development of 3-phase uninterruptible power supply (UPS) solutions as well as software for designing and monitoring data centres. We work in a creative environment, where you collaborate with skilled colleagues across the organisation to ensure the highest quality in our pioneering technology solutions. Facilitate quality, environment, health and safety efforts As QHSE Coordinator, you facilitate our local Health and Safety efforts, and you enable our local Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS). Doing so, you ensure that our global processes are deployed locally and that the daily work across the organisation in Kolding complies with regulations, standards and policies. Also, you: •Monitor local QMS performance •Manage necessary local processes, including preparing and managing local documents and records •Conduct local internal audits and management reviews, and host onsite external audits •Get the Kolding site prepared for ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2018 •Manage building security in terms of access control, alarm systems, etc. Step into a central position You become part of our administrative group and a permanent member and coordinator of our local Health and Safety organisation. Moreover, you become a member of our global IT Business ISO organisation, collaborating with QHSE colleagues internationally. Working across the organisation, you stay up-to-date on R&D development as well as administrative routines and processes. With your expertise in auditing internal processes, you contribute to securing quality in our products as well as a great working environment. Auditing experience and a process-oriented approach •You hold a relevant degree within e.g. engineering, giving you a well-founded technical understanding. •You have great communication skills and enjoy collaborating across functions – internally as well as externally. •You are well-structured and comfortable managing process documentation, etc. •You have a high degree of self-discipline, allowing you to work independently and drive QHSE processes. •You speak and write English fluently.
