Project Engineer Loads Simulations (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
• Aeroelastic simulation of ENERCON wind turbines (according to various guidelines (IEC, DIBt));
• Assessment of mechanical site-specific loads (fatigue and ultimate) for existing and planned wind turbines;
• Evaluation of site-suitability according to relevant regulations and guidelines;
• Technical exchange with turbine design departments;
• Technical exchange with wind resource assessment departments (internal external);
• Analysis and optimization of turbine operating lifetime;
• Analysis and optimization of annual energy production;
• Creation of required documentation for internal and external purposes;
• Monitoring of site-specific design assessment by third party (certification body);
• Infl uence in Sales project decisions;
• Participation in R&D projects as a staff member
Your Skills
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or comparable;
• Prior work experience in an industrial environment as preferred;
• Knowledge in requirement engineering as beneficial;
• Good IT MS-Office skills, SAP, DNV Bladed (wind turbine design software) or similar desired;
• Programming skills (VBA, Python, C#) will be valued; • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken), German as a plus; • Ability to work in an international and dynamic business environment; • Good communication skills and team spirit;
