For the company ICsense in Leuven we are looking for:
Scope
The Production Test Engineer will enable us to further develop our Product Group. The Production Test Engineer is responsible for the validation and performance of tests of ICsense ASICs in cooperation with test houses taking into account cost, quality and timing.
Responsibilities
- Execute the testing of the ICsense ASICs according to a well defined test plan in our measurement lab
- Assist in defining the production test specifications in cooperation with the Project Manager
- Give correct estimation on test insertion, test times and efforts to enable the sales team to establish realistic quotation
- Work with our test partners to setup, debug and optimize test programs for automated testing
- Review and improve automated test equipment hardware and software to ensure a sustainable and cost effective production
- Follow up on and analyze ATE measurement results provided by the test houses
- Organize failure analysis and interpret the results
- Assist in selection of IC packages and communication with the package partner
- Be the bridge between the Product Quality Group and the Test Engineers
- Continuously look for improvement of the test environment
Competences
- You have a Master degree in Electronics
- You have at least 5 years of experience in automated test equipment (ATE)
- Experience with qualification standards (e.g. AEC Q100) is considered as a plus
- You have experience with physical failure analysis
- You have a working knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits theory
- You communicate fluently in English (oral and written)
- You have good planning, organizational and problem solving skills
- You can easily work together in changing teams and also independently
- You are an analytical professional who can deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
- You have the flexibility and readiness to adapt and to meet changing requirements
