Production, Technology and Operating Model (PTO) Senior Manager for the My LEGO

Are you an expert at project management and creating digital products? Would you like to use your production skills to deliver and co-create an advanced 1-to-1 experience that ties together all digital LEGO Experiences across all touch points for all LEGO Fans. Lead suppliers to great delivery In this project management role, you are responsible for the development of all technical elements and user interfaces of the My LEGO Experience, a novel 1-to-1 digital platform. As such, you ensure that both internal and external suppliers deliver on quality, time and budget. Moreover, you take part in defining and maintaining the My LEGO Experiences operating model – specifically from a development point-of-view. So, as PTO Senior Manager you: Lead the production, technology and operating model team, facilitating optimal collaboration between all involved and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and key decisions Manage technical development including system integration and provide business requirements for all suppliers Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing, create and deploy a platform for Big Data handling and manage localisation together with markets Develop, host and maintain Ecosystem components and prototypes as well as, e.g., user interfaces, and UX and you mobilise consumer service resources before go-live Manage the Ecosystem component release plan, drive quality control and consolidate the operating model in cooperation with all Ecosystem teams and touch point owners (e.g. LEGO.com) Supporting spectacular collaboration You will join a global, renowned company that is passionate about the impact of play. Experienced digital project manager As PTO Senior Manager, you will lead a diverse team with members from both Corporate IT and Digital Solutions, employing both Lean, Agile and Waterfall ways of working – and combinations of all. This, as you head up the production of a state-of-the-art system that integrates seamlessly with other LEGO Touch points. To succeed, you: Hold a relevant educational background, PM certifications and 7-9 years of experience in a project management role, gaining a thorough understanding of the digital production process Have been involved with the launch of consumer facing digital products, preferably on a global scale, and you have a proven ability to work with multiple suppliers, agencies and stakeholders Are autonomous and able to work independently, just as you know how to bring people together through personal impact and energy Can navigate in a global matrix organisation through excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication Speak and write English effortlessly.
