Production Planning Manager (m/f)

Activities:

.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Production Planning Officer will have as main responsibilities:

.Production planning with a view to optimizing available resources;

.Monitoring the production of orders and detecting any deviations

.Preparation of production dossiers

.Compliance with production timings and order delivery plans

.Forwarding of manufacturing orders to the production manager

.Coordination of raw material warehouses

.Checking the closure of manufacturing orders

.Optimise and develop costing and budgeting tools

.Process the information of productivity and manufacturing time comparing with the defined benchmarks;

.Maintain updated the information about standards of execution, verifying its alignment with the real values obtained or guaranteeing its correspondence with the operating ranges existing in the factory floor;

Location: Industrial Area of Aveiro, Tabueira

Work Regime (Full-time/Part-time): to be defined by the company

Candidate Profile Description

Academic Qualifications (degree and field): Higher Education in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or equivalent

Skills needed:

.Experience in the Industrial sector: Electronics/Metalomechanics/ Automotive;

.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;

.Knowledge of ERP PHC;

.Strong sense of responsibility and organization;

.Strong Leadership skills;

.Critical spirit and proactivity;

.Focus, organization and strong planning skills

.Relevant Professional

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
