You will be based at our competence center in Vejle, Denmark, and from here you will also serve our Sales Offices in Hamburg, Frimley, Shanghai and Orlando What are my responsibilities? As a Product Marketing Manager you will be a key player in developing high-quality Sales literature, product communication strategies, and you will become an important link between our external sales force and our central Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Office. More specifically, your main responsibilities will cover: Identify customer marketing needs and tailor product marketing concepts (packages) Align new product marketed introductions with the PLM and communication functions Introduce product argumentation to internal and external sales force Feed market intelligence from Sales force to central functions, like strategy and PLM Tailor communication strategies to cover the entire customer decision making process In this position you should expect approx. 20 - 30 days of travel per year. What do I need to qualify for this job? Ideally, you will have gained significant experience in industrial (BTB) sales and have a very good technical understanding You understand the Offshore WTG buying process and are familiar with the importance of both the technical and financial aspects involved You are a strong communicator and are confident taking a lead role developing product marketing strategies in cooperation with our external sales force and our central Product Lifecycle Management function You understand complex sales and have a superior understanding of the impact good product communication can have throughout the entire customer decision chain Ideally you have a technical background as industrial or mechanical engineer supplied by a mercantile addition like MBA, or other Marketing or Sales related education You have a structured approach to your work assignments and are able to standardize and implement new solutions within the sales organization. In addition, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and are motivated by seeing others succeed thanks to your effort. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. What else do I need to know?
