Then here is an opportunity to truly ensure "system in play" and endless possibilities by developing world class building bricks? 50 % workshops, 50 % developing elements As our new Platform Specialist, you transform concepts into visualized idea. You develop the LEGO Bricks and architecture, system guides, connectors and element families by participating in projects within all of the LEGO Platforms in either maintenance or new/innovation projects. This includes: Participating in workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain and develop strategic elements as well as identify new opportunities for improving building and play experiences Ensuring clear buy-in and commitment from stakeholders by presenting your thoughts visually and verbally prior to drawing up the elements Delivering solutions with a long lifetime potential and cross-project usage while keeping a holistic mind-set Acting as an ambassador for LEGO Building and play experience as well as the over-all LEGO DNA and values Everyday creativity You join a company that is passionate about the impact of play and where creativity and deep engagement are cornerstones. So the challenge is to embrace the dynamics of the department and the constantly changing prioritisation. Your qualifications include: 2+ years of getting your hands dirty in integrating design in a process focused development environment A track record from a position within part design or product development, ideally within a plastic moulding company A bachelor degree in Design or Engineering or an equally relevant background combined with the ability to speak and write English effortlessly 3D drawing skills (preferably Rhino) as well as the Adobe and Microsoft suites and having kept yourself up to date on trends within your field Being a strong communicator, great at giving and receiving feedback and being open to changes Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you can use your creativity and enjoy a fun working environment.
