The role involves preparing dough and ingredients, baking pizzas, and ensuring the quality of all dishes served according to established standards. The position also includes maintaining hygiene and food storage regulations, ensuring cleanliness of the workspace and equipment, and using kitchen inventory responsibly.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• carrying out all necessary preparations for work in accordance with norms, standards, and work procedures
• preparing dough, ingredients, and performing the thermal processing of pizzas
• controlling the quality of pizzas served according to established standards
• complying with regulations for food storage and maintaining hygiene standards
• ensuring the cleanliness of the workplace and equipment
• correct and conscientious use of kitchen inventory, equipment, and appliances
• applying health and safety measures
• performing activities in accordance with legal regulations, internal rules, procedures, and goals

Required qualifications and competencies:

• vocational or secondary education as a qualified cook or pizza chef
• work experience in the same or similar positions
• attention to detail, systematic work approach, and ability to work in a team
• high level of responsibility in performing work tasks

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

• several years of work experience
• knowledge of foreign languages
