Order to Cash Business Process Analyst (BPA)

SAP Business Process Analyst (BPA) within the Order to Cash workstream The role will work closely with the lead BPO for Order to Cash and other workstream BPO's to:
- Simplify and standardise order to cash processes in the business with a focus on unique local and regional requirements.
- Sustainable process improvement is executed using Six Sigma methodology
- Drive efforts to refine and improve the existing SAP solutions that have been implemented
- Champion governance, alignment, and communication of Best Practice activities in support of SAP
- Provide second level support to key users for day-to-day problem resolution
- Working with Supply Chain Manager, develop and maintain key user networks across regions, functional groups, business units, sites etc
- Drive, and participate in, the implementation of supply chain improvement projects
- Participate in SARM, Architectural Review Meetings and Problem/Question/Request (PQR) prioritisation meetings as assigned
- Help set global corporate strategic direction for their process area by working with CSAP Corporate Process Owners and peers in other platforms to govern changes and recommend and drive enhancements
- Drive business process improvement, value capture and supply chain transformation efforts: Understand and interpret global user requirements, Identify opportunities for improvements and estimate benefits so that standardisation, simplification and integration are ensured, Work with organisation to drive attainment of maximum business value from SAP, Develop business case for business process changes/improvements, Work with corporate technical development partners to drive opportunities through to reality, Coach and counsel sponsors on business process changes/improvements and be able to explain the benefits of SAP as an integrated solution, Support User Training activities as required/requested from the businesses
- Assure operational continuity of the supply chain by adequately assessing and testing proposed changes to the
- SAP environment in a timely manner
- Actively participate in and provide support for Regression Testing, and other testing cycles to ensure business risk is avoided/minimised
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, finance, business administration, or other equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain roles
- At least 2 years of experience with and knowledge of the SAP functionality supporting the Supply Chain function: Business Planning, Order to Cash, Warehouse Management, and Manufacturing/ QM
- Demonstrated experience in leading improvement projects, working with business/ operations resources
- Ability to effectively utilise the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Experience using Lotus Notes data bases
- Strong listening, communication and facilitation skills- Good problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Green Belt certification is preferred
APICS certification is preferred
Experience/Knowledge of SAP is heavily desired
Some travel is required to enable direct interactions with users at plant sites / business centers, plus interaction with Wilmington-based other workstream and CoC resources.
