Operational Support Analyst
Our client is a major investment bank, looking for an Operational Support Analyst, to ensure technical support, client on-boarding, trades registry and being the interface between the front desk and operational areas for the bank.
The hired professional will have as main responsibilities:
- Assure documentation package and closed transactions complete review;
- Ensure the entire flow of sending and receiving contract documents, maintaining control of pending documents and updates;
- Ensure that all the necessary internal approvals are obtained for each credit transaction and its compliance with the banks policies;
- Assist the commercial team gathering client on-boarding documentation;
- Perform new clients work-flow and renewals;
- Analyze new products from an operational stand-point assuring its correct recording, processing and control;
- Prepare documentation for Loans, Guarantees and Deposits;
- Coordinate prepayment requests of existing credit portfolio;
- Assist the office on the RAROC calculation.
The ideal candidate should meet the following profile:
- Degree in Finance, Management or Economics;
- Knowledge in Financial/banking industry (preferably);
- Strong interpersonal and team skills;
- Analytical, solutions and detail oriented;
- Proficiency in English (mandatory);
- Self-motivated and well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
