Main tasks:

  • Preparation, execution and planning of all aspects of the introduction of new hardware and software;
  • Preparation of technical documentation based on our customers’ requests for quotations;
  • On- site support and 1st-level support for our clients;
  • Support and implementation of large mobile networks;
  • Preparation, planning and implementation of tests and pilot projects, including the implementation of test specifications, system modifications and troubleshooting.

The profile we are looking for:

  • University degree in electronics, telecommunications or similar field;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Technical knowledge of MSC, GSM, CDMA, UMTS, BSC , BTS, EDGE, HSDPA and LTE;
  • Some experience with protocol standards such as SS7, ATM, SDH, TCP/ IP, MPLS, etc.;
  • Proficient German and English are mandatory.
