Meta Paid Ads Specialist with English

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the external paid media agency to plan, build, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Manage budgets, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROI and reduce CPA, CPL, and CPB.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and other analytics tools, providing actionable insights.
• Develop and test different ad creatives, messaging, and funnels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and Meta’s policies.
• Partner with design, content, and analytics teams for high-performing campaign execution and accurate tracking.
• Conduct competitive and audience research using Facebook Ad Library and Meta Audience Insights.
• Present results, insights, and ideas for continuous improvement to the marketing team.
• Support automation, reporting, and process optimization related to the digital lead journey.
