Medical Specialist / Physician Specialist

Providing specialized medical care to patients in hospital or clinical settings. Diagnosing and treating illnesses, developing treatment plans, prescribing medication, performing medical procedures, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families on health management, and ensuring high standards of patient safety, care, and wellbeing.

• Carry out specialist outpatient activities independently.
• Health care: diagnostic procedures, prescribing and administering therapeutic.
• Procedures, targeted examinations, consultative services, counselling and the use of preventive interventions.
• Preparation of patients for diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.  
• Independent practice consultation service for hospital needs, advice and guidance of clinicians from other hospitals.
• Specialities in the treatment of patients, prescribing and administering therapy, caring for hospitalised patients with pathology in their speciality following diagnostic or therapeutic interventions.
• Striving for a holistic and multidisciplinary treatment of the patient.

At the moment we have open positions for: Anesthesiologist, Radiologist and Gynecologist

At least 4 years' experience as a doctor of medicine.
Completed level VIII/1 of professional education - specialist doctor with a basic specialisation in radiology (European Qualification Framework 7)
Specialisation in required field
Computer literacy
Slovenian – C1 speaking and B2 – writing
English, at least B2 level

2. Evidence of the qualifications required, showing the level and course of training (medicine), the date of completion of training and the institution from which the training was obtained.

3. Evidence of the relevance of the specialisation (certificate of passing a professional examination, specialist examination, medical licence and decision on the validity of the licence).

4. A certificate of vaccination against hepatitis B and measles;

5. An indication of the length of notice if the candidate is employed by another employer.
