Leisure Centre Assistant

The successful candidate will have up to date pool lifeguard and occupational first aid qualification.

The successful candidate must:

Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts each week

Be able to work as part of a team

Have a strong focus on service standards

Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service

Have previous experience in a similar role



Main duties:

• Supervise swimming pool area and gym

• To open and close the Leisure Club on a day to day basis

• Greeting and assisting guests and members with their requirements.

• Meet highest standard of safety

• Present professional appearance and attitude at all times

• Maintain a high standard of customer service

• Instruct gym users on how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively

• To keep all areas of the Leisure Club clean and hygienic at all times.

• Ensure control of all cash transactions taken in compliance with Cash Handling Procedures.
