Role Summary

Are you looking for a new challenge or opportunity? Pramerica are seeking a Legal Process Analyst to support various legal functions in the Enterprise Litigation Group. 

The position requires someone with strong analytical, technical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize work under multiple on-going and tight deadlines.  The position will require attention to detail, and strong written and oral communications. 

Legal experience will be beneficial, but not required.  Experience of Microsoft Office O365 applications is required, and advanced knowledge of Excel and SharePoint are a plus.

Responsibilities;

• Running and analyzing all the reports for the Enterprise Litigation Group, including reports needed during the financial reporting process;

• Identifying inaccuracies and inconsistencies in data being reported on and developing appropriate processes to address any recurring issues;  

• Establishing Quality Control processes to ensure the data is accurate and current and matters are opened/updated/closed in matter management system in a consistent, timely manner; 

• Supporting the Discovery Services Team on the Records Hold Order process, including but not limited to running Records Hold Order reports for the businesses and reconciling reports arising out of the Microsoft Office 365- Records Hold Order database integration;

• Assisting with maintaining the Discovery Services Team’s Discovery Dashboard, which requires providing vendor data on a monthly basis and quality reviewing the data uploaded by the vendor;

• Project managing ongoing Enterprise Litigation Group projects including:

o Annual review of Standard Operating Procedures

o Compliance with retention schedules or records management program.



 Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 



• Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification with education or work experience in Legal is a plus.

• 4/6 years’ prior work experience.

• Ability to work U.S. hours – 9AM – 5PM US EST/ 1PM-9PM GMT

• A professional business attitude in the workplace

• Technology savvy with ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology.

• Proactive in your approach to tasks and responsibilities; with strong project management, organizational and time management skills -- ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills to enable the building of strong, open dialogue-based relationships with relevant stakeholders.

• Detail oriented

• High energy and enthusiasm levels.
