Legal Manager (M/F)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participation in the day-to-day administration of the Fund Sponsor's Luxembourg entities. Project management in respect of real estate and private equity transaction-related administration including preparation and review of documents, preparation of minutes and managing fund flows. Preparation/review of board packs, coordination of board and shareholder/investor meetings. Attendance at board and shareholder meetings. Coordination and oversight of Luxembourg and local service providers. Solving problems proactively using technical expertise and common-sense. Technical Knowledge / Skills Required An understanding of the legal and regulatory regimes applicable to Luxembourg funds and SPVs. Ability to write reports, minutes, business correspondence and procedure manuals at asset and fund level. Ability to present information and respond to questions from manager clients. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations for which there may be little precedence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive and problem-solving approach to client servicing. Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation. Strong communication skills. Fluent in English, with other languages eg German and/or French, an advantage. Minimum Education / Qualifications The candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in Luxembourg funds and/or corporate transactions.
