Key Account Manager Software (m/f)

 

As Key Account Manager Software you are responsible for a fixed circle of existing customers, where our software is used. You are supporting the regular customers with extensions and changes to the software and accompany the technical implementation. The Key account management is the interface between customer and software development and ensures that the customers are satisfied.

Tasks:

  • Support service for a defined circle of regular customers, central point of contact for our customer

  • Analysis of customer requirements, creation of functional specifications

  • Coordination of software enhancements and software changes and support in solving technical problems

  • Organization of commercial settlement

  • Coordination with the software development and service management

  • Documentation of processes

  • Test and release Management

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent qualification

  • Experience in warehouse logistics beneficial

  • Team player with a strong customer orientation

  • Good communication skills, negotiation skills and quality awareness

  • Independent way of working
