Junior accountant (m/f)
Key responsibilities: - Maintaining accurate records - Processing out of pocket expenses - Preparation of payment instructions - Drafting shareholders’ and managers’ resolutions - Recording financial transactions - Recording purchase invoices and credit notes - Handling account payables and receivables (credit control) - Month end process – reports and statements - Completing tax and VAT forms - Dealing with any queries - Maintain and improve current processes and procedures - Work with colleagues on different projects assigned to the team Main requirements : - Accounting qualifications or a university graduate - We welcome candidates with no or limited work experience - Organizational skills - Able to work independently as well in a team - Good command of English both written and verbal (any other language is an asset) - Good communication skills and team spirit
