- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, priming, and masking for optimal adhesion.
- Performing painting tasks using a spray gun or other suitable techniques to ensure precision.
- Ensuring an even and high-quality paint finish while considering color accuracy and surface texture.
- Adhering to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the painting process.
- Maintaining and caring for painting equipment and systems for longevity.
- Regularly inspecting tools and equipment for wear and tear to ensure safety and efficiency
Requisiti professionali
- Completed recognized training as an industrial painter (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in industrial painting of products made from various materials
- German language skills at least at level B1
- Technical understanding and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Precise and careful work approach with attention to detail
- Teamwork skills and reliability
- Willingness to work in shifts
