In.tur. srl, a company operating in the world of Villasimius hotels for almost 30 years, selects for one of its hotels for the 2024 summer season from May to October:
Hotel Receptionist
- Welcomes customers, guests or visitors;
- Responds to requests for information often after having received appropriate training from the structure;
- Provides information regarding events, places, destinations, products, helping customers and/or visitors;
- Monitors entrances to the structure/event, thus providing valuable assistance to security as well.
- Manages and plans meeting rooms;
- Provides any identification passes to visitors, suppliers and customers;
- Collects customer/visitor information;
- May carry out some administrative tasks;
- Answer the phone;
- Sorts incoming calls;
- Reads and responds to emails;
- Fill out paperwork;
- Assign rooms;
- Takes care of booking via management systems,
- Takes care of customer check in/check out;
- Manages the cash register.
Place of work: Villasimius.
We highly recommend having a car to be able to move easily and independently outside the hotel.
- excellent knowledge and ability to maintain customer service standards;
- passion, enthusiasm and customer orientation;
- excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team;
- excellent knowledge and mastery of Italian and English, with a third preferred language being German or French;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the required role, in 4 – 5 star hotels;
- Strong orientation towards customer service and teamwork;
- Professionalism and seriousness.
