We are looking for guides to produce adventure experiences in the most unique tourism destinations as the Icebreaker Sampo Cruises and the SnowCastle as well as possibly other Kemi Tourism Ltd destinations, for our visitors coming from around the world, for the winter season
We expect you to show a positive and energetic attitude; to be flexible in demanding situations; to possess know-how in customer service and understanding in customer oriented approach. You have eye for creating a successful service experience and desire to produce unforgettable adventure-experiences. You are not afraid of frosty cold; you can handle well challenges and you function in changing situations like it would be your every-day business. The work is seasonal, but for versatile employees we may have other work offers during other seasons also. The work includes guiding- and customer service assignments and assisting assignments, amongst others, in the restaurants. We require fluent English skills, other languages are for advantage. Our clientele consists of tens of different kinds of nationalities. Guides proficient in Chinese, German and Spanish are particularly needed. Note also that your first aid license is valid. Hygiene and alcohol pass always a plus.
