Vanderlande Industries is a global supplier of turnkey material handling systems for distribution, parcel and postal, as well as baggage handling systems for airports. Your Tasks

You manage and lead a project team of software developers and concept designers. Together you prepare project specified IT solutions for automated warehouse management systems. You cooperate with project managers and system architects in order to define the delivery of the software development. Thus, you are responsible for the implementation of the project on time and in budget. In order to guarantee this, you analyze and control procedures and risks.

Your Profile

You have working experience in the role as a Groupleader in the software or IT industry or you have gathered several years of working experience as senior software developer. You know the instruments and methods of leadership. You are characterized by your very good communication skills and team spirit. You are success-oriented and open for new challenges.
