  • Time scheduling, -monitoring
  • Project planning software MS Project (MS Office)
  • Project management
  • Marketing
  • Customer consulting, support
  • Calculation
  • Purchasing, procurement
  • Documentation (archive, library)
  • Controlling
  • Accounting, bookkeeping
  • Supervision, Management

 

Requisiti professionali
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in finance with an academic degree (or comparable)
  • Experience in project management regarding optimizations and improvements
  • Very good knowledge of English, German and if possible also of Spanish
  • Work experience in a shared service center desirable
  • Broad technical understanding (RPA, Markos, Qlikview, SAP-BW,  etc.)
