Danfoss is looking for a Global Pricing Manager (m/f) with experience working in a manufacturing industry with a multiple sales channel approach to the market. The role involves the systematic setting and tracking of price levels which have been aligned with the business strategy for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning components.

Key tasks •Manage Pricing Projects, covering pricing strategy, guidelines, governance, follow up and communication •Ensure New Product Pricing is agreed in Launch Team and implemented in tools as well as communicated to Regions •Continuous development of user friendly pricing tools & processes to meet business needs •Challenge, coach and develop Regional Pricing, Sales Teams, Product Management & Marketing in applying Pricing Principles •Support Annual or Regular Price Reviews •Support other Workstream owners with Pricing related activities

Minimum requirements •A Bachelor’s in Economics, Sales & Marketing or commercial related area •Minimum 5 years relevant pricing experience working across different regions and cultures •Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English) •Strong analytical skills •Drive and commitment with focus on timely execution of plans •Track record of delivering practical & reliable pricing projects & processes •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and BI Systems •Ability and willingness to travel when needed
