As a growing, international company with an ambitious strategy and a vibrant workplace culture, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for Global Application Manager to join our Headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.
Global Application Manager Aqua/Pet is responsible for building and maintain the Industry /Application know-how including the required database / library with process technology knowledge to assist the organization selecting the correct equipment and system solution including 3rd party equipment / processes for the scope and application. Right equipment, right combination and right design for the application and scope. This will be obtained through documentation of existing machine capabilities and solutions.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Build and maintain knowledge database, sizing, and selection tools as well as product specification for relevant process technology and make this knowledge accessible to the organization (own and third party)
- Build and maintain performance data base for relevant equipment application
- Build and maintain standard solution accessible to the organization.
- Build and maintain knowledge base of standards for measurement methods
Operational Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct and report on trials in the pilot plant or at customer sites, including definition of requirements, deliverables, and cost
- Plan, perform and document technology reviews together with PMO and Sales
- Assist Sales and PMO identifying specific suitable equipment
- Support the Sales with key performance figures
- Responsible for Process Guarantees
- Support marketing with brochures, datasheets, Docupedia, preferred solutions and product sales presentations.
- Participation / Presentation at conference and trade shows
- Perform and document troubleshooting together with PMO and sales offices at hubs
- Assist R&D with required process technology knowledge and input
- Manage and conduct introduction and training of employees to process technology
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity in customer operations. Testing and supporting new process and application developments both internally and externally. Collect relevant and analysis performance data.
- Training: Develop, customize, and maintain training materials for sales and service teams, internal employees, and external partners. Facilitate workshops and hands-on training to improve practical understanding. Provide process-specific training to ensure adherence to best practices and operational guidelines.
Global Application Management
- Different regions of the world offer different raw materials, production methods, flow layouts, animal species, climate conditions and subject to different legislation. It is therefore essential that the application managers work both locally at HQ and at the hubs.
- The local AM works in the region closely together with local engineers to collect and document regional specific process technology knowledge. The local AM refers to the global AM.
- The global AM defines and supplies the knowledge base as well as templates for equipment performance profiling.

SCHOOL EDUCATION
Minimum : Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronic, Machine Technician or Chemical Engineer
Desirable : MBI or Master in Project Management or Engineering field
