We are recruiting for a CDP  to join our Port House tapas restaurant teams in Dublin. In applying please specify in your application which position you are applying for.   

 

The CDP plays an essential role in supporting the senior chef team and ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with company policy and procedures ensuring 100% compliance with HACCP, Ensuring that all menu items are prepared in accordance with recipe standard, and all company systems and procedures are adhered to by kitchen team.
