Our client:
- Our client is a leading company providing outsourcing services in the area of administration, coordination and analysis of IT. These services have been delivered by over 500 employees in two delivery centres, one in Ostrava and one in Prague, for more than 7 years. Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and managing various project activities to ensure that they are carried out effectively
- Processing customers’ requests for connecting a new service or a change of an existing one
- Coordinating and maintaining set service delivery processes and leading them towards successful implementation
- Direct communication with external customers during the whole project and regular follow up
- Proactively developing and maintaining customers’ relationships
- Dealing with internal teams assigned for the project in order to deliver the service on time and in required quality
- Responsibility for time management of the project and fulfillment of the requested delivery times
- Solve arisen problems according to set procedures and manuals, appropriate communication with the customers in timely manner and handling escalation processes
- Orders processing, data monitoring and its updates in the internal system
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education
- Fluency in English language (C1) in both written and oral form
- Very good spoken and written another language a must (French)
- Proficient Ms Office skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with strong focus on customer
- Exposure to project management
- Time flexibility, business view
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude with passion to deliver
- Organised, punctual and professional
