Food & Beverage Servers - Fig Tree Restaurant

Fig Tree Restaurant located in Dromoland Castle Golf & Country Club are now seeking Full-time Food & Beverage Servers

Ideal candidate will work with a team of professionals and be responsible for: -

·        Own station where guests, members and visitors order from the all-day dining menu.

·        The service of private parties.

·        Pre service duties and after service duties.

·        Ensuring the guest needs is looked after in a timely and efficient manner.

·        Overseeing and training in of junior waiters/waitresses.

·        Assisting in other Food & Beverage outlet on the Resort when the need arises.

Candidate needs to meet the following criteria: -

·        Have an excellent level of Bar and Restaurant experience, preferably in a Golf Club environment.

·        Need to enjoy the slightly more informal service of a Golf Club.

·        Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality.

·        Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods.
