Field Service Engineer – Medical Devices
Location: Dublin - Field-Based| Some travel to UK
Looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with medical device experience to support infusion and medication dispensing systems across Ireland and the U.K. This hands-on, customer-focused role involves technical support, installation, maintenance, and training at healthcare sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-site & remote support for medical devices, including installation, corrective and planned maintenance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and own issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medical Device Regulations.
- Manage daily planning, tools, and car stock inventory efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven Field Service Engineer experience in medical devices.
- Level 5 Certification in Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong IT skills
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and professional skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
