Experienced guides for a boutique hotel in Rovaniemi

We are looking for an experienced and passionate guides to join our boutique hotel team in Lapland. The role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys connecting with people from all over the world, and knows how to bring the Arctic alive through engaging storytelling.

As part of our team, you will:

• Lead small-group activities such as snowshoe hikes, ice-fishing trips, and Northern Lights tours
• Host guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable stay
• Share fascinating stories and local insights to create authentic Arctic experiences
• Assist with guest transfers and logistics when needed
• Collaborate closely with the hotel team to deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guiding or hospitality, preferably in Arctic or adventure tourism
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Passion for outdoor activities and willingness to work in winter conditions
• Driving license (B) and experience with guest transfers
• First aid certificate and safety awareness

Invisible Forest Lodge & Spa is a high-end hotel and resort located just a ten-minute drive from Rovaniemi city center. Our guests come from all over the world to experience the nature of Lapland and its unique atmosphere. 

• Previous experience in guiding or hospitality, preferably in Arctic or adventure tourism
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English
• Passion for outdoor activities and willingness to work in winter conditions
• Driving license (B) and experience with guest transfers
• First aid certificate and safety awareness

• Language skills in the following languages; spanish, italian, french, german and similar

• Help with housing
• Transfers to work and back
• warm meal at during work days (minimum cost according to Finnish Law)
• Occupational health

Need to have an existing work permit for Finland (Visa or european nationality)
