Documentation & Prototype Engineer (m/f) @ Greyp

We at Greyp Bikes are creating world’s first fully connected e-bikes with unique blend of connectivity, artificial intelligence, data gathering and augmented reality. We are a young team with already respectable know-how and sufficient resources and are looking to expend our team with members that can contribute in creating the coolest two-wheelers on the planet.

But beside all of those buzz words, somebody still needs to build those bikes and make sure they do what they are intended to do – be ridden. First stage is making sure all documentation is ready to be released to prototype workshop and later, after design freeze, to be released for mass production. You will be responsible that all documentation, both digital and hard paper, is up to date and that prototype team has all the information and components to build future bikes. We are looking for a candidate with several years of experience in mechanical engineering and production, with patience and precision for such a role.

Responsibilities:

• Filtering and further development of all relevant technical documentation and specifications needed for prototyping and later, for mass production

• Making sure only current versions of design & documentation are in circulation

• Management of obsolete documentation

• Management of Bill of Materials for current R&D projects

• Management and prioritization of task laid before Prototype team

• Coordination, with the help of procurement department, of all sourcing needed for R&D and Prototype team

• Search for perfect supplier, both for components and tools

• Drafting of Standard Operating Procedures

• Drafting of Technical Sheets

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree

• 2 years of similar experience (not mandatory)

• Knowledge of at least one CAD software (Creo, ProE or similar)

• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and oral)

• Good communication skills

Advantages/Desirables:
