Are you a technologically founded UX professional with great communication and stakeholder management skills? Then here is your opportunity to bring new LEGO Models to life through crowdsourcing and open innovation using the latest technologies. Develop engaging and exciting products As Digital Producer, you will deliver projects within time, scope and quality within our ReBrick and LEGO Ideas platforms. Both cater to our grown-up fans and you will front our external vendor in Canada and: - Further develop the platforms by identifying, building and help delivering next generation UX and LEGO Ideas/ReBrick experiences, including wireframes and building prototypes - Develop and strengthen integration and APIs for ReBrick and LEGO Ideas to ensure platform integration across the online infrastructure of the LEGO Group and the fan community online services - Have the opportunity to engage with our large community of Digital Producers that act as sounding board and trends discussions partners for one another - Be an integral part of the crowdsourcing group in the LEGO Community team and work closely with internal stakeholders as well as hundreds of creative LEGO Fans and partners around the world Everyday creativity You will join a company where we invite you to think both logically and creatively in everything you do. You can be based at our hub in Enfield, Connecticut, USA or at our HQ in Billund, Denmark. If you are based in Billund, prepare for 30+ days of travelling and odd working hours in order to be able to work closely with our platform vendor based in Canada. UX Pioneer with an entrepreneurial and "get it done on time" mind-set The challenge is to navigate in a large and complex set-up in a global company across time zones. Moreover, you step into a company whose main focus is children, where you focus on adult fans. To succeed in delivering great UX: - You have extensive experience with web production and understanding consumers’ mind-sets from a position in digital production or online communication paired with a proven track record of working with UX and prototypes - Having worked with crowdsourcing or open innovation is a plus and an innate understanding of how to apply consumer engagement principles is a must - You probably hold a bachelor or master in media, communication, marketing or IT, ideally paired with certifications within SCRUM or other agile methods - You love expressing your opinion and to give professional feedback on ideas - You are an innovative team player and self-motivated doer who not only is resourceful when it comes to generating ideas but actually completes some of them too Join the global LEGO Family In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
