Data Marketing Analyst / Lead Quality Representative

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to establish a consistent flow of well scrubbed and qualified leads

  • Scrub Sales Leads: Use internal and external tools to scrub raw lead data to have it prepared for use by the internal sales and pre-sales teams.

  • Qualify Sales Leads: Validate leads using internal qualification tools to determine their suitability as sales opportunities

  • Work to agreed KPI’s and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of leads

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Enriching Leads: You will be required to source key decision maker contact information through web searches (company websites, LinkedIn etc.) This sourced information will include name, email, title, address, phone number

  • Prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities through web searches and other tools to complement the activities listed above. These leads will be further treated by Marketing before being passed to the internal sales teams

 

Qualifications and Abilities

  • Online sales, technical sales or marketing experience preferred

  • A self starter with the ability to communicate effectively

  • An entrepreneurial approach to fulfilling the tasks of the role

  • Strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Analytical skills and results oriented mindset

  • Highly organized with strong operational efficiency

  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships amongst key stakeholders quickly
