About the Postgraduate Program The Danfoss Postgraduate Program is a two-year talent development program offered to a limited number of high potential graduates. The program gives you the opportunity to play a vital part in four different projects, each of six months’ duration. The first project will be ready and waiting for you from day one! Thereafter, you will together with your hiring manager, select the subsequent projects based on your profile and learning needs. A handpicked mentor will be assigned to you from day one and assist you throughout the two years.

Tasks The candidate should: •Engage in different projects. 2 projects will be outside home country so the ability and wish to travel is a prerequisite •Take ownership of the project or assignment, provide results matching the present and agreed KPI’s, ready to participate in several projects at a time •Practice and achieve learning objectives made together with the Line manager and project owners. In the long run you will be: •Working with connectivity and how we can stream data from the cloud directly to the customer. •Finding solutions for how new technologies can support our business, organize how to move forward with selected technologies and be responsible for the implementation plan Candidate Profile You are a Master student in Business development or Marketing with a solid understanding of Internet of Things. In addition, you are:•Self-driven and proactive •Easy going and highly adaptable •Strong project management skills •Ambitious and goal oriented •Committed and highly motivated •An analytic mind-set Your application Convince us that you are the right profile by sending a motivated application, CV and relevant education papers via the online application process.
