Czech & Slovakian Speaking Customer Service Representative | 11 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Gig:

EA’s Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) will be experienced service specialists supporting EA customers via chat, email and phones across a variety of EA titles.  Through problem identification, troubleshooting, education and resolution, these experienced CSRs will be required to provide innovative and exceptional customer experience.  As a key members of EA’s World Wide Customer Experience (WWCE) Team the CSRs are expected to maintain EA’s culture of excellence and commitment to quality in every aspect of their work.

 

What We Need :

  • Provide first contact resolution of customer issues via chat, e-mail and Phones.
  • Troubleshoot and handle the most complicated and sensitive of customer inquiries.
  • Deliver timely and accurate responses to customer questions and requests as determined by internal SLAs.
  • Take personal ownership of customer requests and provide a WWCE world-class level of support.
  • Maintain accountability for accurate and timely assistance to our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience as measured through customer surveys and internal SLAs.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of WWCE internal information and customer/account information.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries.
  • Escalate and communicate any customer well-being issues.
  • Be required to work set shifts as needed that will rotate from time to time based upon department shift bidding procedures.
  • Reports to Customer Service Team Manager

 

 

What You Have:

 

The ideal candidate will possess
 

Essential

  • Minimum two years experience in handling customers within a high volume call center environment
  • Verbal and written fluency in English, Czech and Slovakian with fluency in other European Languages an advantage
  • Strong customer service background and strong written communication skills
  • Moderate Computer and advanced typing skills

 

Desirable

  •  Previous experience in a Games Industry Call Center.
