Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

- Support for telephone and written customer inquiries in German and English
- Taking over the creation of new materials in SAP
- Responsibility for new customer creation and order entry for medication
- Responsible for ensuring orders and delivery to customers
- Coordination with other specialist departments, e.g. quality department, transport and operations
- Completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk or appropriate experience in customer service
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Communication skills and service orientation
- Reliability as well as adaptability and ability to work in a team
- An independent and careful way of working
- Payment according to the temporary employment collective agreement of the BAP/DGB collective bargaining association
