Job description
Contribute to the growth of the Dazetechnology team, supporting the Technical department.
You will follow the development and design of new products and changes and/or
customizations on existing products.
Definitive place of work: Barcelona (Spain)
After a few months training period in Italy, as Country Manager, this role will lead growth and innovation across Spain to ensure long term success of DAZE in the market.
This will include:
ensure execution of new growth projects, including but not limited to:
geographical expansion and production of new electric charge systems.
evolve and protect operating model, to mitigate tax and legal challenges, and
maximize growth through model changes
On top of that, the Country Manager will be an integral part of the Spanish Leadership Team
and has the ability to contribute to all areas of the business.
What You'll Do
Define and evolve growth/innovation strategy for Spain
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are successful
Track performance of key initiatives and safeguard targets are met
What You'll Need
Minimum 3 years of proven track record in business management experience in
operations, strategy, technology, business development or a similar area at
managerial level
Degree in Economics or Law or similar
Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement - you understand
what drives value for each group in our marketplace
Experience leading complex projects in high-growth environment
Experience in regulated industries
Proficiency in English and Spanish, Italian is a plus
Showcased combination of strategic thinking and operational excellence
Driving license
