Customer Service representative tasks:
- To address issues via chat, email, or phone channels, following operating procedures.
- To adapt existing processes to craft alternate solutions or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.
- To work towards the achievement of objectives set by the client and internally.
- To have excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.

- Willing to relocate to Portugal.
- Work permit for Portugal.
- Availability to work form our offices in Lisbon.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
