We are searching for a motivated and dedicated cook for an immediate engagement.
Our Hotel is located in Meerane (Saxony) in the so called „sächsisch thüringes Schlösser- und Burgenland“ near the Erzgebirge. The town is very idyllic with his old and beautiful villas and nice parks, where you can recuperate and relax.
About us:
In our wonderful and stylish resataurant and within the comfortable „Kutscherstube“ we offer high-qualified, regional, seasonal and culinary variety oft he food – of course everything is prepared fresh.
We just use high-grade and regional offered products. For example: fish, vegetables and fruits from regional framers. Herbage from your own garden, vension from local forrests and of course regional, noble wines.
We would like to be a patron for „Slow Food“, that me want to support our culture and agriculture.
We are able to help you finding an accomodation.
Your profile:
- vocational education in the field of hotel business
- professional experience in plain and inernational cooking
- willing to work at the weekend and public holidays
- openness to new ideas and creativity
- high commitment, motivation and absolutely reliable
