We are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers. Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. We are working in a flexible system, whether saucier, entremetier or gardemanger, you can apply your skills in any kitchen position which suits you the most.
Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, you are especially suitable to our style.
Ultimately, you’ll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.
Hotel Imhof in the heart of Franconia
Hotel Imhof in Gemünden am Main, Bavaria is a family owned individual hotel with 32 rooms and a traditional as well as international restaurant. In à la carte cooking, half board for hotel guests or for groups (meetings, birthdays, weddings) - the tasks are diversified and challenging. You can coin your own creations or learn from and with your colleagues.
Our team, consisting of 15 servers and chefs, would be glad to welcome you into the family. We also offer apprenticeships for young, aspiring cooks (one per year).
