Clerk (m/f/d) - Sea Freight
For our client, an international shipping company headquartered in the heart of Hamburg, we are currently looking for a sea freight order processing clerk to join our team.

Your tasks
Order acceptance and processing
Organization and optimization of transport planning in collaboration with suppliers and customers
Active customer support, e.g., in the event of delays or status reports
Close collaboration with all departments involved in the process
Participation in projects
Experience
Completed training, e.g., as a shipping clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or logistics service provider, or comparable experience
Initial relevant professional experience in the field of sea freight
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Fluent written and spoken English skills
German skills (minimum C1 level)
MS Office skills
Salesforce user skills are an advantage
What we offer you
Salary: €42,000 - €48,000 p.a.
Up to 2 days per week of remote work after initial training and consultation
