Cognizant Latvia focuses on delivering application development and application maintenance services to support its clients in becoming more digital. Riga Delivery Center with its dedicated, multilingual IT and telecom specialists is providing maintenance and support, cross-functional agile teams, and the capability to manage complex, large-scale transformation projects together with multi-country implementation and integration, making the center something of a one-stop-shop for businesses and IT competence.

Currently, in the practice, we are a team of ~ 30 people and we continue to grow and increase our QA knowledge and use modern automation and testing practices to give the best results to our clients. We work with multiple solutions and clients with the possibility to work with different tools, programming languages, and roles. Expanding our knowledge and giving clients not only the expected result but investing in giving automation and innovative solutions is our long-term goal.

About the role:

We are looking for a CI/CD Performance Tester for our largest banking clients in the Nordics to be able to set up performance testing tools/agents/load generators/monitoring tools etc. in a CI/CD pipeline and maintain the performance testing jobs across various test environments. The candidate needs to have hands-on experience with performance testing tools (LoadRunner, JMeter, K6), Performance Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Grafana), and their integrations into CI/CD pipelines like Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions. They should also possess scripting skills to create reusable assets (For example - Plugin creation for scripting, extracting test reports from the pipeline, etc.)

Requisiti professionali

Our ideal candidate:

•    Minimum 3 years experience in CI/CD pipeline setup & maintenance

•    Able to develop, enable & maintain performance testing in the pipeline

•    Manage performance test tool enablement & CLI Integration

•    Manage physical devices to be used for performance testing

•    Experience in setting up automated performance test framework

•    Technology Skills

•    Experience working with industry-standard pipeline tools like Jenkins/Azure DevOps/ GitHub Actions

•    Performance Test Tool Integration in pipeline (LoadRunner, JMeter, K6)

•    Performance Monitoring Integration in the pipeline (Grafana, Dynatrace) 

•    Automated Script Development for Test & Report Extraction

•    CI/CD Job Maintenance & Execution Status Reporting

•    Create reusable assets for performance test execution on the pipeline

•    Soft Skills are a MUST HAVE (Good Communication Skills, Understand Business Requirements, Coordinate between various platforms, data, coe & agile teams, Agile WoW, Documentation Skills, Quick Learner)

The competitive compensation package consists of a base salary of 2200 – 3200 EUR gross/ monthly.
